Part 1
Buyee vs ZenMarket (2026): We Priced the Same 2kg Parcel on Both
Buyee or ZenMarket? We pulled real shipping quotes from both official calculators for an identical 2kg parcel to the US: the gap is up to ¥6,199, far more than the service fee difference. Full cost breakdowns, three worked examples, and where ZenMarket still wins.

Part 2
Doorzo vs Neokyo (2026): The $800 Rule That Decides Which Is Cheaper
Doorzo or Neokyo? We priced an identical 2kg parcel to the US on both official calculators. Doorzo hides its cheapest route behind an $800 minimum; Neokyo posts the lowest courier rate we have measured.

Part 3
Doorzo vs Buyee (2026): The Cheapest Fee Still Costs More
The lowest fee does not win. Buyee charges ¥500 per order against Doorzo's ¥50–300 per item, yet is ¥988–2,007 cheaper on the same 2kg parcel to the US. Its 4.88% currency spread may reverse it.

Part 4
Doorzo vs ZenMarket (2026): The Cheaper One You Cannot Total
Doorzo runs ¥3,849–4,799 cheaper on an identical 2kg parcel to the US. Then Japan domestic postage (which neither fee table shows) takes most of it back. Four ways to buy, four answers. August 2026.

Part 5
Buyee vs FromJapan 2026: The ¥500 Flips Twice
Both charge ¥500. On a single item the totals land 30 cents apart. Add insurance and FromJapan is ¥500 cheaper; buy five items and Buyee is ¥2,000 ahead. Verified 14 August 2026.

Part 6
Doorzo vs FromJapan 2026: Cheaper Fee, Higher Total
Doorzo asks ¥50–300 an item, FromJapan ¥500. Add Doorzo's packing fees and one item runs ¥350–800 against ¥500. Pick DHL and FromJapan takes the total outright. August 2026.

Part 7
FromJapan vs Neokyo 2026: One Won't Inspect, One Won't Wait
Neokyo's ¥350 fee becomes ¥850 once packing is added, so FromJapan wins under four items. But FromJapan gives you 7 days to claim damage. Neokyo gives 5 months.

Part 8
ZenMarket vs Neokyo 2026: One Taxes Your Money, One Taxes the Box
ZenMarket takes 3.5% when you fund your account. Neokyo takes ¥500 per box. On the same basket Neokyo lands ¥2,779 cheaper, and neither inspects your item.
